Ścinawka Górna ((ドイツ語:Obersteine)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radków, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) – TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately north-east of Radków, north-west of Kłodzko, and south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. ==Attractions==
The village includes the hamlet of Sarny ((ドイツ語:Scharfeneck)) with its imposing 16th-century castle and 19th-century park. The castle, owned for centuries by Czech, Habsburg and then German noblemen, in 1866 was the birthplace of Gustav Adolf von Götzen, German Governor of German East Africa.
